The Loving Kindness Meditation helps you see yourself through eyes of compassion and love. If you don't love who you are, then it will become increasingly difficult to empathize with others and live into a compassionate life. Through loving kindness, you first learn to love and accept yourself, and then you begin to project that love out to others. This will allow you to open up to deeper, more powerful relationships that will help you move into the person you most want to be.
